Website Down Sunday Morning

The website was down for a while on Sunday morning, 3/22/09, due to a SNAFU at our web hosting company. The service ticket read as follows:
“I believe I've discovered the problem. It is an issue with your account's DNS zone file. I've just corrected the issue and your site should be live. It may take a little time for your site to appear live on your local network due to dns propagation, but you may verify that it is live using a proxy such as proxify.com.”
I do know that is seems odd sending a note about a service that does not work on the service that does not work!
